About us

               We are an independent retail store in Midtown Sacramento specializing in comfort shoes such as Birkenstock, Naot, Dansko, Alegria, Blundstone & many more. At Birkenstock Midtown, our customer’s comfort and satisfaction take priority.

Your Job

  • Customer Service
    • Hold knowledge of a large range of brands and their benefits for each customer
    • Assist customers in finding the best fit and style as well as in purchases, returns and orders
    • Call customers regarding orders, events, etc.
  • Work with customer service team to keep sales area clean and organized
  • Arrange store displays
  • Web design and maintenance
  • Upload new product images and information to our website
  • Product Filtering and Tagging
  • Create engaging content that coincides with our ‘brand kit’
  • Plan and schedule media campaigns
  • Upload content to Facebook and Instagram via Hootsuite
  • Reply to social direct messages.

Requirements

  • Maintain punctual and consistent attendance
  • Able to work with flexible schedule
  • Able to sit on and get up from the floor often
  • Able to walk/stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs
  • Able to climb ladders to retrieve stock
  • Able to work with cleaning products
  • Proficient in Shopify & Pagefly
  • Familiar with Google Drive elements
  • Experience in design: Photoshop, Canva, etc.

Preferred

  • Familiar with Hootsuite or similar media platform
  • Familiar with Octopus product management
