First time buying Birkenstocks and can’t wait to buy another from here. I purchased the Boston with socks and I immediately got a call from the store and they suggested I size the socks up according to the shoe size I bought. ANY OTHER STORE WOULDVE JUST PROCESSED THE ORDER. But Midtown went out of their way to call me before shipping out my stuff which is super appreciated! And they were right because the bigger socks fit perfectly on my husband! Now we don’t have to go through the hassle of returning. You just don’t see this kind of service anymore. Thank you Midtown :)

I had an excellent experience with my first pair of Bostons. I ordered a size too small (true size 15, needed a 49) and they quickly exchanged them with immediate responses. Definitely recommend!
