I have been wanting a pair of closed toe Birks, and when I found the Buckleys on a online browsing site, I knew they were the right shoe. I also knew that I wanted to purchase them from your store. You have awesome customer service. The fit is perfect, but then you measured my foot last year, so I felt confident on my size. I wasn't able to get downtown, and then I saw your 2 day shipping for $5.00. So, I went with that. I know that I live in the unincorporated area of North Sacramento,, but Wow-I ordered on a Thursday and the Birks were delivered the next day, Friday. Now, more about the shoe, I love the color, Tea and the shoes are comfy and I can wear socks with them, yay. I also want to mention that I do have a small bunion on my right big toe, no problem with this shoe. Thank you for your customer service and for having such a great selection of Birks. Kudos
